Is your location available for an ADSL connection? It depends. You have to be within 4.2 km of an ADSL-enabled exchange. If you are unsure, you can sign up anyway. The first thing we will do is check the exchange, and then the actual phone line, to see if the quality of service is available. There is no cost to you if the connection cannot proceed, so you may as well give it a shot!
